"Great, clean, comfortable hotel!"

"older property"

"I will stay there again."

"Enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here numerous times. The staff are nice and friendly. There’s ample parking, big rigs can be parked at the back or on the side. There’s a washer and dryer on site as well as an ice machine. They have bagels with cream cheese for breakfast, cereal, yogurt and boiled eggs. They also have juice and coffee. Not extravagant but convenient for on the go! We love staying here."

"The staff was new, but she went out of her way to help me either things. The room was on the older side but the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a room next door to a barker."

"People were all friendly."

"Clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great"

"Unbelievable treehouse! Amenities included fire pit, hot tub and grill. John the host was wonderful. Can’t say enough!"

"We had such a great time. The views were great, the camper thingy was so fun and cute. The firepit was big and amazing and we could cook on it. Everything was nice. The bathrooms were close."

"We enjoy this property and the wonderful host(s). We are likely to stay again the next ime we are in Nephi."

"Our host was amazing and the property was just as described. Perfect for our quick trip to see family in Nephi. "

"Great stay!"

"Very disappointing! Do not book if you are expecting air conditioning! We really loved the beach and the scenery around the property. The pod was also very nicely decorated. However, do not book this property if you are expecting air conditing. It had an evaporated cooler which did not cool the pod at all. And in August it was so miserable. We also experienced a heavy amount of bugs. Lots of little bugs on the floor that we had to kill and no broom was left to clean it up or to clean up the sand...

"We had a great experience staying here, it was quiet (until we arrived), clean, and enjoyable!"

"The host thought of everything. Well stocked, beautiful home in a peaceful location."

"great but wind blew 30 and we ate sand"

"We loved our stay and had such a relaxing weekend!! Could’ve been a bit cleaner but it’s understandable as it’s out in the middle of no"

"Because of the weather, the host offered an upgrade for a small amount more, which we did. The upgrade was nice, but I failed to realize that it was solar power and we ran out of power in the middle of the night. My husband uses a cpap machine. "
